Prices are to accommodate groups of 100 or more guests. If your event is less than 100 guests there will be additional labor charges incurred.

Service
Lake Wisconsin Country Club provides an hour of food service with all banquets and receptions. We must begin food service on time to provide you with the best quality product. An additional fee will be charged if you exceed your service time.
Table Setup
Buffet and Sit Down service includes stainless silverware, complete China, white linen tablecloths and white skirting on the head, gift and cake table. White linen napkins are available for an additional charge.
Leftover Food
The health department requires that food extended in temperature may not be released to our guests. We appreciate your cooperation.
Guarantee
A guaranteed count and payment is required 7 days prior to your event. Counts may not be lowered once given. You may add to that number up to 2 days prior to your event.
Meat Temperature
All beef entrees are served at a medium temperature. Provided they are served at the scheduled food service time.
Two Meat Selection
When choosing more than one entrée for a Sit Down Dinner, have place cards prepared for your guests indicating their meal selection.
Decorations
You may decorate Saturday morning after 9:00 am. Staples, tape, glue and nails may not be used on walls, ceilings, woodwork or fixtures. Glitter, sand, confetti, rice, silly string and open flame candles are not permitted. A clean up fee will be charged to the final invoice should this occur.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Items
All decorations, personal belongings, cake fixtures, gifts, equipment, etc. must be removed at the conclusion of your event. Lake Wisconsin Country Club is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Television
The Country Club feels that all attention should be focused on the bride and groom on their special day. For that reason, we do not turn on the television. If you would like the television on for your guests, please let us know before the start of your event.
Cake
Wedding cakes may be brought in from a licensed baker. Our staff will cut and serve your cake for an additional charge. If you do not wish to have a LWCC employee cut and serve the cake, we will supply the serving utensils and china plates for you.
Last Call
Your event will conclude with your DJ or Band. Last call will be announced 15 minutes prior to the scheduled DJ or Band end time. Soda and Water will be the only beverage served after the scheduled end time.
Rehearsal Dinner
Hold your rehearsal dinner at Lake Wisconsin Country Club and receive 10% off your rehearsal dinner bill. This discount is valid only on the Friday Night Fish Fry. Bar/Alcoholic beverages are not included in this offer.
Payment
Payment is due one week prior to your scheduled event along with your final guaranteed guest count. All services will include a 15% service charge and applicable tax.

*Selected services and Amenities
Payment will be accepted in the form of Cash, Money Order or Check.
Final Payment
The final invoice will be mailed to you 7-10 days after your event. The invoice will be based on the guaranteed guest count or the actual number served. In the event the actual number is greater than the guaranteed number, Lake Wisconsin Country Club reserves the right to take payment from your security deposit. Additional withholdings will consist of the actual numbers of half barrels, soda, champagne and open bar you host during your event. If the security deposit does not cover the charges incurred, a bill will be sent to you with your invoice. A refund will be issued with the final invoice if no additional charges have been incurred.
Late Fees
Any additional payment is due upon receipt. A late fee of 5% will be assessed monthly to the unpaid balance after 30 days.
Cancellation Policy
The room rental and security deposit are non refundable in the event of cancellation.
